This was the world record balloon for the most people, 45 in a basket. !987. Successful and in the Guinness Book of World Records. Hundreds of hot air balloons on a mass ascent, crammed into a small take off field at the annual Bristol fiesta, one of the worlds biggest events. Spectacular indeed.
